Refund policy

 

Here at Steady Clothing we understand that when purchasing merchandise online, returns and exchanges are occasionally necessary to find the perfect style and fit.  To start a return, please visit our return portal here.


All regularly priced items (excluding makeup, hair products, and monogramed/custom items) have a 30 day time period from the date of purchase to be returned or exchanged.

All monogram/custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For orders of 5 OR MORE items, there is a restocking fee of 25% which will be deducted from the total refund.

Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us at shop@steadyclothing.com.  

Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

All items being returned must be in the same unworn condition they were received in

Please ensure that all tags remain attached and items are returned in their original packaging.  A 25% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund if tags are damaged or missing.

Merchandise must remain unwashed and care is taken not to stretch out or misshape the fabric.

Merchandise must remain free of make-up, deodorant or any other form of stains and dirt.  If items are returned dirty in any way, the refund will be rejected. Customer can request item be returned to them at their cost. 

Please ensure that items are not exposed to any odors such as perfume, pet odors, body odor, food or cigarette smoke.   If items are returned with any kind of odor, the refund will be rejected. Customer can request item be returned to them at their cost. 

Please refrain from returning merchandise in a pile.  We would not send merchandise to you in that condition and we would appreciate receiving the merchandise back with the same courtesy.

If customer did not select the Free Returns and Exchanges option at checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any return shipping fees that may be incurred (We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking abilities such as UPS or FedEx with your returns).
